Angus Keiller, Newark
A Business graduate, Angus began his career in commercial and HR management in manufacturing. This has been followed by over 20 years experience in middle and senior management Search & Selection.
Angus was a founding Director of FR Europe and was later one of the prime movers in the establishment of the wider CFR Group through which international assignments are completed.
He is actively involved in managing senior Search & Selection assignments across a wide range of disciplines and industries including manufacturing, engineering and the not-for-profit sectors.
An incurable ‘petrol head’, in his spare time Angus looks forward to thrashing his TVR sports car around the race tracks of England.
Roger Ruane, Newark
Having helped to establish FR Europe, Roger has spent almost 30 years in the recruitment sector. His client base is spread across numerous sectors
having managed assignments for a diverse range of organisations including automotive suppliers, representative bodies and manufacturers of building products and consumer goods. A languages graduate, Roger has undertaken many projects in the UK for clients of our international partners.
Roger regularly attends a gym to keep fit and he enjoys most sports, particularly golf which he plays to a handicap of 12. 2011 saw Roger finally achieve his ambition to have his name on his club’s honours board, with his victory in the men's singles knock-out - at last!
Alex Cooper
Alex is a French National who has lived and worked in the UK since the early 1990s. She has a degree in English and a degree in Japanese and Asia Pacific Management Studies. As well as French, fluent English and Japanese, Alex also speaks some Spanish and a little Korean.
Her earlier career was spent in sales in the UK and Japan selling a range of products including automotive systems, capital equipment, packaging machinery to the food industry and promotional packaging to the FMCG sector. She has several years experience in Search & Selection internationally, which includes launching and establishing an industrial search and selection division in France from scratch.
She enjoys spending her spare time outdoors, running on the beach and mountain biking.
Paul Shave
Paul co-founded FR Europe in 1991 and the international CFR Consulting Group in 1996.
In a recruitment career spanning more than 20 years, Paul has managed numerous middle and senior management Search & Selection assignments, nationally and internationally in most industry sectors but has been particularly active in heavy engineering, pharmaceutical, chemical & oils and entertainment sectors.
Although based in the UK, Paul is spending increasing amounts of time overseas fulfilling international assignments for a major FR Europe client. Additionally he has a remit for CFR to expand further into new, strategically important locations. In his limited spare time, Paul is developing his Portuguese language skills and his golf handicap - both have a long way to go to meet his expectations!
